My Three Favourite Autumn Outfits

Hello there! In todays post I thought it was a good time to talk about fashion. I would like to think of myself as pretty fashionable...I think. Anyway, my favourite time for fashion is when it starts getting colder...now! It's great! Big coats, Jackets, Boots, Scarves and hats, what more could you want? So as we're closing in on the autumnal season I thought why not write a autumn fashion blog? I am going to be making three outfits which consist of either a jackets or coat, jeans, shoes and a t-shirt or a jumper. I will try and make this as affordable as possible and only pick clothing from my favourite high street brands. Hope you enjoy.

Outfit number 1:

The first part of this outfit is a nice tan coat from M&S for £99. This may seem a lot but for a coat like this, it is actually pretty good. This coat should last you a couple of years as well. When I was looking for this coat I found many similar ones from River Island and Topman for slightly less.

Next is a grey jumper to go under the coat. This jumper is also from M&S for £29.50. However, you can get a jumper like this pretty much anywhere and if money is an issue Primark sell one just like it for £8. Personally, I would wear a white shirt under this jumper but as it isn't essential I did not add it to the outfit, however, you can get a white shirt from anywhere in any price range.

Black jeans go with anything and look really cool too. These are skinny black jeans from Topman for £30 but once again, you can get black jeans from pretty much anywhere for much cheaper, however, you do pay for quality. Jeans are perfect for when it starts getting colder too.

Finally to finish off this outfit is a brown pear of chelsea boots. These boots are from ASOS for only £25. This is very good for a decent pear of chelsea boots and should hopefully last a while too. You can get various colour chelsea boots in leather or suede that would look good for this outfit.

Outfit Number 2:

This is a denim Jacket from River Island for £50. I saw this in the shop the other day and on the mannequin it looked great! I really want to add this jacket to my collection. This jacket is great because it's nice and light but has fur on the inside to keep you slightly more insulated without wearing something huge.

To go under the jacket I chose your average plain white crew neck t-shirt. This one is from burton for £6. Once again, you can get these from Primark, and for only £2.50, however, I have found the ones from Primark washout quickly and loose shape easily too, but my white t-shirt from Burton is still in great condition. White t-shirts are great. They go with everything so it's always good to own one...or ten.

Once again, I have chosen black skinny jeans for this outfit as black jeans are just amazing and go with everything! Same as before, these are from Topman for £30.

To finish this outfit I found a really cool pair of brown boots from River Island for £60. I know that seems a lot but it is great for a pair of boots like this. The only place I have seen these cheaper is from Matalan. These boots will see you from now all the way until spring. Boots are a great investment and look great with most things.

Outfit Number 3:

For my last outfit, I chose a more transitional outfit for when it is still a bit chilly outside but not too chilly...if that makes sense? Anyway, for the coat I have chosen a black bomber jacket from Topman for £40. Once again this is a bit pricey and I know you can get one much cheaper from Primark but as much as I love Primark, I actually bought a bomber from there and within a week it had a huge rip! That's why I spent the extra money on one that I knew would last. I love bombers, they are great. They go with absolutely everything. Alternatively, you could replace the bomber with a harrington jackets which is almost the same as a bomber but they have a collar. I wear my bomber and harrington everywhere! Buy one! They are a great investment.

For the next part of this outfit I chose a navy jumper. I love jumpers, thick or thin. They are great on their own and great with a jacket. I wear my bomber with my navy jumper a lot! I think it is such a cool look and is good for most occasions. This jumper is from Threadbare for £22 (sold at Burton). Like every other part of clothing on here, you can find a jumper like this from everywhere for many different price ranges (I have a Primark one for £8!).

Once again, the Topman jeans are back! I just love black jeans! They are great with everything and for any occasion. I live in black jeans and these Topman ones are my favourite but remember, you can get these literally anywhere for a lot cheaper!

Finally, for this outfit, I choose a pear of Converse Chuck II's. These shoes are amazing! They are so comfortable and just look sooo cool. Converse are by far the coolest shoes you can wear and Chuck II's are the coolest converse you can get. These shoes are from office for £59.99. You can't really find converse for much cheaper than that but just me they are worth every penny! I own so many pairs of converse in all different colours...You can never have too many!

Getting to know me

Hello there, in todays blog post, I thought it was time you got to know a little bit more about me, the guy behind the computer screen. I have decided to give you a few lists of my top 5 favourite things from a few different categories that you guys have chosen for me.

Top 5 People - These celebrities are people who I find inspirational or just pretty cool.

- John Lennon - My number one favourite/inspirational celebrity has to be John. I would say I am quite passionate about music and John Lennon to me has always been the best and most inspirational, not just as a musician but as a person as well.

- David Tennant - I don't know a lot about David but from what I have seen of him, he is pretty great. I am quite a big fan of the show Doctor Who (well, used to be) and David Tennant by far, for me, is the greatest doctor that has been on there. He wears converse with a suit...you can't get cooler than that!

- Jeromy Corbyn - I'm not going to get into my political views just yet but I might do one day. However, this man to me is a great inspiration and just a brilliant role model.

- Martin Freeman - If you don't know who this is then you're living under a rock! He is Dr. John Watson in Sherlock and bloody Bilbo Baggins in the hobbit...that's pretty cool if you ask me.

- Jim Chapman - I will admit, I do watch Youtubers. I am not youtube mad like quite a few other people but I do enjoy watching some of their videos and my favourite Youtuber has to be Jim as I relate to him the most and I feel we are quite similar in a lot of ways.

Top 5 Foods - Food is something I can't live without...literally!

- Pizza - Pizza, Pizza, Pizza...mmmmmmmm. You can never go wrong with a good old pizza. No matter what the occasion pizza is great (except for breakfast...thats weird).

- Chineese food - I know this one is vague but I just love chinese food. It always tastes so great and there is so much to choose from with so many different flavours. So Chinese food is definitely one of my favourite meals.

- Mac and Cheese - I love myself a big cheesy bowl of macaroni and cheese. No matter where it's from, whether it's tinned, from a restaurant or in a packet, I love it!

- Stir fry - Stir fry's great because it's pretty healthy and at the same time tastes sooo good! (except the two hour old mushy stuff you'd be given at school).

- Cheese - I love cheese. You can have it on almost everything everything! I know it's smelly but who cares? It tastes so good! The only issue is it is so bad for you! Also, if you think about it this way, it's mouldy milk...

Top 5 games - I do like to consider myself a rather keen gamer as I love to sit down and slay dragons or rob a bank or whatever's occurring in the game I'm playing.

- Skyrim - Skyrim is my favourite game of all time. I love it. There is so much to do on it so you never get bored (until you've completed everything like me). If you don't know what Skyrim is then...well...you should.

- GTA - I love all the GTA's and have grown up playing them. It is always so fun to fly over the military base, steal cars, rob banks or what ever floats your boat when playing this game. It's not really a game you get bored of.

- Fallout - Fallout is another game by the creators of Skyrim. They are very similar in most aspects other than Fallout is set in the 50's but in an alternate universe where a nuclear war happened and for hundreds of years the world has been messed up because of lots of radiation... It's good.

- Call of Duty - I love call of duty...but really, who doesn't? It is the most popular game of all time. However, I do think that they should release a call of duty without jet packs and ego suits and bring it back to the basics.

- Ark - I only found out about this game recently and from what I know it isn't very popular. It is basically an online game where you try and survive on a big island that is inhabited with hundreds of different primal creatures.

Top 5 Movies - Movies are something everyone loves and brings so many different people together. There are so many different movies for so many different occasions and for me these are the best ones.

- The Harry Potter Series - EXPECTRO PATRONUM! (if you read that in Harrys voice then you're a real fan. if you didn't then...I guess you're not) No one I have ever met has told me they don't like harry potter. The movies are funny, emotional and just pretty amazing. I love every single one!

- Shawshank Redemption - Now this movie is a classic. If you haven't watched then please do, it is basically about a man who was sent to prison for something he didn't do so he worked out a clever plan to breakout and start his life over again. The movie is slow at times but once you're into it you'll love it.

- The Lord of the Rings - Hobbits, Elves, Orks, Giant spiders and magic! What else does a movie need? I love watching these movies but the only issue is they are soooooo long. How long you ask? Each movie is three hours! That is a whole nine hours! And if you wanna watch all the hobbit movies after as well it comes to about 19 hours! That is something I totally haven't done! (I have...multiple times).

-  Phone booth - This movie has not got a lot of action but it has a bloody lot of tension. A man is stuck in a phone booth on the phone to an assassin who has a sniper pointed at him and will shoot him if he hangs up or doesn't do exactly what he says.

- Die Hard - 'Now I have a machine gun. Ho, ho, ho' This movie is insane! If you haven't seen this movie you have to watch it now. Please. It is one of the best action movies of all time! Also, weirdly, it is classed as a Christmas movie because it is set during the Christmas period.

I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit more about me! Please give any feed back in the comments and if you'd like to see another post like this let me know as well. Thank you so much for reading this far and committing to finishing this post. Please stay tuned for more content. Thank you!

Don't give up!

Hello there! I've decided to go straight in with all this mushy and motivational stuff and hope that some of you will listen to what I have to say and think to yourself 'you know what, this guy knows what he is talking about'... I am talking about believing in your dreams and never giving up. Personally, I am quite a big dreamer and sometimes I may punch slightly above my weight but I do honestly think that if I try hard enough I will get where I want. For example, this blog. What are the odds that out of the millions of blogs out there, this one will take off and become something bigger? Probably not a lot, but why not give it a shot?! I believe that if I really devote myself to this then soon enough, how ever long it may take, I will get somewhere with this and I will actually become pretty popular.

A problem that I am seeing way too much recently, is that people who want to achieve their dreams get put down and called stupid for even thinking them. I'm not saying that this is the case all of the time but from what I have seen and heard. People put down people other people all the time saying things like 'they are just dreaming' or that 'it's never going to happen'. Sometimes it can even be your friends who make you feel stupid for having these aspirations, but at the end of the day as long as you believe in yourself - and work your little butt off - you will get there! You don't need to listen to these people and don't let their negative thoughts stop you from achieving what it is you want to achieve.

I know that this is easier said than done, trust me I've been there! However, once you've started believing in yourself It's hard to stop and the sky's the limit! It's easy to tell someone 'don't be afraid of what other people think' but it is so difficult to actually do that! Although honestly, once you've gotten past that, nothing can stop you. I wish I had the answer on how to become 100% confident and ignore everyones negative comments but I don't, that one's up to you. All I can do is try to give you the extra push to becoming more self confident and independent and then hopefully, one day, you will achieve your dreams.

Anyway, sorry if this was a bit too much and a bit too heavy for some of you, this won't be an every post thing, I just thought now was a good time to say it. If you can, have a bit of confidence in yourself and try doing what you want to do because as long as you're happy that's all that matters. I hope you enjoyed my little motivational rant, please stay tuned for more content! Also, if you have gotten this far please leave a comment and let me know you're there. Thank you!
